One of the three times that my 2018 has been back for door lock issues, was for the passenger door not locking or unlocking with the power locks. That door also wouldn't open with the outside handle. It was repaired under the frozen door lock TSB. The latest TSB available is 19-2007. Door Lock Actuator Troubleshooting. In most cases, if only one power door lock isn’t working, the problem is either the door lock switch or the door lock actuator—though the issue could be a less-common circuit problem as well. One way you can narrow down the list of possible causes is by checking whether there’s power to the actuator.

8 posts · Joined 2015. #4 · Mar 5, 2015. had a few Cmax grand now and one in particular had sliding doors that would rattle a lot and did not slide well. as a motorcyclist i had an aerosol of chain lube which had the advantage of being clear .i used this on the the runners and it reduced the rattle and the doors slid fine.
