A few weeks ago I wanted to continue playing the nostalgic game FARCRY, and for reasons that later turned out to be viruses, the game did not work, but before that it worked. What I did was: I deleted STEAM, I fixed the computer, and now I've re-installed STEAM and FARCRY, but it still does not run.
Sometimes the Download Servers might be the issue when it comes to not being able to download or install Far Cry 5. Simply try and change your content provider by : Steam > Settings > Downloads. From here you can change your download provider. Simply try a different region and then re-download the game files.
New Dawn will not launch. Just bought the game on Steam last night but when I press play I get the "prepairing to launch" pop up box for about 1 second then nothing. Open the game through Uplay. Also make sure you used your key on Uplay.
