For best possible quality shoot 24/25/30 frames per second unless you plan to slow the footage down. Shoot in 8:7 and stabilize in post with reelsteady. Way better results and more room to play. I do agree with using 10bit and high bitrate but from my perspective the advice on aiming for high shutter speed and high iso is really bad advice.
